Cancellation Policy

Experts Dave Martyny, Guy Blissett and Chris Hott will join us from Deloitte for a collaborative presentation on the key imperatives your company needs to know regarding digital transformation, block chain, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), making sense of the important pieces of the IoT puzzle.
The 2018 BSA Excellence Awards will be presented on Monday evening, September 17 at the BSA/ABMA Fall Meeting Dinner.
The Bearing Manufacturer Excellence of Innovation in Product Design Award recognizes companies for innovation and excellence in product design or technology. The submission must be related to bearings, but may be an auxiliary item such as a mounting tool, monitoring device, etc. The BSA 2018 CBS Excellence Award recognizes BSA Distributor Companies in two categories. Awards are presented to the company with the highest percentage of its inside and outside sales force having attained Certified Bearing Specialist status and the company with the greatest percentage increase of its inside and outside sales force having attained Certified Bearing Specialist status.
Guy Blissett of Deloitte will lead invited BSA member distributors and participating manufacturers in this panel discussion to share insight on strategic issue and action items for Bearing Industry 4.0.
Robert Glaser, Senior Manager of Privacy and Protection at Deloitte Services LP will provide insight into legislative trends and associated impact in the areas of IP (Intellectual Property), PI (Proprietary Information) and PII (Personally Identifiable Information). Robert has over 30 years of experience in global Data Protection and will offer practical advice for supply chain and information technology professionals faced with compliance challenges in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Transportation To / From O’Hare International Airport:
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle that runs every 15 minutes from 4:00am to 12:00am and every 30 minutes from 12:00am to 4:00am from the front entrance of the hotel.
The Hyatt shuttle bus will pick up at the Bus/Shuttle Center at O’Hare International Airport outside of Door 1.
Taxicabs are easily accessible outside of the hotel. The hotel doorman will be glad to secure a cab for your trip to the airport or downtown.
Transportation To / From Midway Airport:

Taxi - Service is available on a first come, first served basis outside of the baggage claim area. All taxis are metered, except for flat fare into downtown Chicago. Approximate cost of a trip from Midway to Hyatt Regency is $65.00.

The BSA Committee and Task Force Meetings will be held Sunday, September 16 and Monday, September 17 and the Board meeting will be help Tuesday, September 18. Please review the schedule above for meeting times and to decide if you would like to arrive Saturday or Sunday Morning. All attendees should plan on attending the Monday lunch and dinner events.
